Pakistan to receive $9 bln in help for flood recovery

And it鈥檚 been almost 4 months since Russian president Vladimir Putin announced partial mobilisation. According to Putin, 318,000 troops were mobilised including volunteers. That has had an impact on the wider economy and local business owners.
