Ahead of the upcoming general election in Nigeria, Alan Kasujja hosts a special conversation from the commercial capital of Lagos. He sat down with around 20 young people to debate and talk about their lives in what many refer to as the 鈥済iant of Africa鈥�.

Even though the four leading candidates are all over 60, the average age in Nigeria is around 18, one of the youngest populations in the world. Nigeria is also Africa鈥檚 largest economy, and it has the biggest population in the continent too. As one might expect, there are many challenges for a new president.

Writers, security guards, teachers, web designers and entrepreneurs are among those who join Alan to talk about issues including education, money, safety, corruption and the lack of women in the political landscape.

Stella, a TV presenter, is among our guests. She tells us: 鈥淯nfortunately when women come forward for positions like this, that鈥檚 when they tell you: 鈥楬ow many men have you slept with?鈥� They don鈥檛 do that to the men and these are the things that really hinder a lot of women who a really want to come forward.鈥�
