KS Bloom, Ivory Coast's gospel rap superstar, talks about his faith and his music.
KS Bloom has taken gospel rap into the mainstream, and the 26-year-old is huge in Ivory Coast. The video for his motivational song Enfant de Dieu, which translates as Child of God, released in 2021, notched up 30 million views in just 9 months and at the time of writing had been viewed 60 million times.
KS Bloom isn鈥檛 just topping the gospel charts, he鈥檚 topping everything, being named best Ivorian artist in 2022 overall. In this episode he tells TIA about his road to faith, his approach to music and his interesting background.
He also explains why he has no problem at all with his music being played in bars and nightclubs.
