It鈥檚 almost a year since Hamas launched an attack inside Israel, triggering the start of the current war in Gaza.

Tens of thousands of Palestinians have died in Israel鈥檚 bombing campaigns since Hamas鈥檚 October 7 attack, and Israel鈥檚 recent ground invasion of Lebanon has widened the conflict even further. The Middle East is once again on the brink of a deep and damaging, widespread conflict that will have an impact well beyond the region.
