A favourite song:
‘Mifune’ means forgiveness in Malagasy. I was prompted to write it when I thought of how I used to behave when I was younger. I never wanted to listen to what my parents had to say. I thought I knew everything. Then with a bit more experience of life, I began to realise that I actually knew very little and often got things wrong. So I wrote this song as a way of asking my parents to forgive me for those mistakes I made in my youth.
