Musicport is a new venture happening on the coast. Brings world to a small fishing town to fuse with the local talent. Brings warm, happy positive atmosphere for the whole weekend alongside workshops in the local school buildings up to the event (Lynne Kirk)听听听听听听Add Your Comments

Delightful 'acoustic tearoom'. Cafe and shop by day - occasional gigs in the evening. VERY limited tickets - sit down sumptuous dinner then excellent music. Last time it was Kristina Olsen - singer + songwriter from California. A lovely lady who generated a fabulous intimate atmosphere with her singing, humour and guitar playing.(Fi Exon)

Chechelele means 'be happy' - they inspire a sense of fun and excitement in even the smallest audiences in rural North Yorkshire. Most songs are unaccompanied, the occasional stiring percussion number and moving ballad makes for a varied programme. (Andy D'Agorne)听听听听听听Add Your Comments

We run a small music festival at Ingleton in Yorkshire every March which takes place in a large log cabin and we take it over for the weekend. We've workshops, concerts, a songwriting competition, informal music sessions and generally lots of fun. It's entirely voluntary so come along.
