* A new series of Auf Wiedersehen, Pet written by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais, begins on Sunday on 大象传媒1. We spoke to the scriptwriters about the new Auf Wiedersehen, Pet, and also the challenge of re-developing the series 20 years on.

* Next week on the South Coast, the Brighton Musuem & Art Gallery will re-open after extensive redevelopment. There's a permanent collection and a temporary exhibition Brighton on Film - from Brighton Rock and Oh, What a Lovely War to Quadrophenia and End of the Affair. We discussed Brighton with the curator of the exhibition, Frank Gray, and Glenda Clark who runs Brighton on film walking tours.
The exhibition Brighton on Film opens at the Brighton Museum and Art Gallery next Bank Holiday weekend. Carry on at Your Convenience is now available on DVD.

* A new translation of Dante's Inferno has just been published. Front Row brought together Steve Ellis, Professor of English Literature at Birmingham University, whose version appeared in 1994 and from New York, Michael Palma, the latest poet to take on arguably the greatest European poem of all time.
Michael Palma's new translation of Dante's Inferno is published by Norton. Steve Ellis has given his version the title Hell and it's available as a Vintage paperback.
