On this week's programme Sandi Toksvig talks to musicians Sir James Galway and Glenn Tilbrook about how performing music has taken them all over the world.

She also speaks to travel writer Nick Maes about Ibo, a small island off the coast of Mozambique.

Sir James Galway, Musician
Sir James is regarded as both a supreme interpreter of the classical flute repertoire and an entertainer whose appeal crosses all musical boundaries. He is the most televised and recorded classical artist performing today. He has a busy touring schedule in which he gives recitals and performs with the world's leading orchestras. 听Sir James has travelled extensively giving tours in the US, Asia and Europe.

Glenn Tilbrook, Singer, Songwriter
Glenn is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist. He is best known for his work with the British pop band Squeeze. The band toured Australia, the U.S., and Britain, sometimes playing in very small venues听 and they emerged with a sizable following.听 Glenn released his first solo album in 2001and for the past three years has travelled between Europe and the U.S. in a Cruisemaster RV.

Reem Kelani, Singer
Reem is a Diaspora Palestinian, and spent her formative years in Kuwait. Reem started singing in public at the age of four.听 听Reem returned to the UK in 1989. She has spent time recording songs from the older women in the Palestinian refugee camps of Lebanon and in her maternal home of Nazareth. Reem gives workshops on Arabic and Palestinian music in schools and colleges around the UK.

Nick Maes, Travel writer
Nick has worked in various fields over the years - in theatre, fashion, radio and as a journalist. He has published two novels: Not Dark Yet which is set in the Aeolian Islands and The Africa Bar which is set in Zanzibar. Nick is currently working on two books, one inspired by听the Himalayas and another based in New York. He has recently visited Ibo Island in Mozambique.
