Muriel is the original founder of Ideal World Productions. She is a well-known columnist and broadcaster. Muriel is also a highly respected writer of horror novels and has written a film script in the same genre. She has an abiding passion for climbing Scotland's mountains higher than 3000ft (1000m) nationally known as Munro's.
Sir Chris Bonington - mountaineer
Sir Chris Bonington lives in the Lake District and started climbing at the age of sixteen. He now pursues a successful career as freelance writer, photographer and mountaineer. His book 'Quest for Adventure: Remarkable Feats of Exploration and Adventure 1950-2000' is published by Weidenfeld Nicolson Illustrated, ISBN: 1841881570.
Peter Linney - climber
Peter Linney is Secretary of The Wainwright Society and has been climbing since the age of eleven.

The route taken by Sandi and her guests began from a layby at map ref. NY 235 311. They proceeded onto the ridge and up onto Ullock Pike, then round the head of Southerndale and onto Skiddaw.听 This route and other approaches to Skiddaw can be found in Wainwright's 'Northern Fells'.
