JENNIFER MURRAY
Ìýis the American-born grandmother, who has circumnavigated the globe in a helicopter three times. She did it first in 1997 and three years later, went one better, becaming the first woman to fly solo around the world in a helicopter. In 2003 she crashed into the Antarctic with her co-pilot, Colin Bodill, whilst attempting to fly round the world via the North and South Poles but completed the route successfully in 2007, setting a new world record. In May this year sheÌýisÌýentering the 'Racing the Planet' event in which she will run six marathons in Namibia.

COLIN BLUNSTONE
Ìýis the singer/musician. He was the lead singer with The Zombies, a group started by five schoolboys from St Albans. Their first hit song was the haunting and often played She’s Not there in 1964. After they broke up in 1969 he became a solo performer with hits Say You Don’t Mind and I Don’t Believe in Miracles. He is about to embark on his first solo tour for ten years also performing three dates with The Zombies. His new CD The Ghost of You and Me is out in March.

TONY GARDNER
Tony Gardner is an actor, primarily on TV with roles in Jack Dee's Lead Balloon and Bremmer Bird and Fortune. Before becoming an actor he used to be GP and was the other half of comedy duo, Struck Off and Die, with Phil Hammond. He is about to appear in Sir Peter Hall'sÌý production of the French farce Where There's a Will by Georges Feydeau. It's on tour but will be at the Rose Theatre, Kingston-upon-Thames from 4th to 14th February.

MATTHEWÌý& AINSLEY JOHNSTONE
Ìýis an artist, writer and photographer who has battled depression for over twenty years. In his new book Living with a Black Dog, co-written with his wife Ainsley, which is written from a carer's perspective.
