Clare Balding
Clare Balding goes to a remote but idyllic part of Ireland to walk round Mullaghmore Head.

Joe Mc Gowan was born in Mullaghmore. He emigrated to the USA before returning to the village thirty years ago. As well as fishing, Joe writes books on the , folklore and history of Mullaghmore.

Keith Clarke has lived and worked in the area all his life. He is a butcher, fisherman and beekeeper.

The walk takes in spectacular views of Mullaghmore Harbour, Benbulbin Mountain, the mystical Irishmurray Island and Classiebawn Castle.听
