Imagine you've had your purse lifted, or your wallet stolen, you'd feel pretty rough about things.
It's usually the money the thief is after, but purses and wallets mean more to us than that, don't they? They've got cards in them, family photos, souvenirs, all of which are usually tossed in a rubbish bin when the cash has been removed. You never expect you're going to see them again.
So how would you feel if the phone rang or there was a knock on the door and there was someone returning your stolen purse? 聽In this day and age you might be suspicious but you'd be wrong because this could be Oscar Brogden, who does it all the time.
