When聽Janet Berry's mother died聽16 years聽ago, she left a freezer full of food. Janet - being a 'waste not, want not' type of person decided to create a feast聽of her mother's food at her funeral.
All was going well until one guest asked her the recipe for the chocolate cake and Janet said she didn't know because her mother had made it.聽As her guest tried hard to swallow her mouthful, Janet realised, that聽not everyone shared her enthusiasm for the 'waste not, want not' approach.聽
And聽it wasn't only the contents of her mother's freezer聽that Janet recycled - as she explains to Michael Rosen.
