We try to make ear-grabbing programmes about the whole world of work, public and private, from vast corporations to modest volunteers.
In Business is all about change. New ways of work and new technologies are challenging most of the assumptions by which organisations have been run for the last 100 years. We try to report on ideas coming over the horizon, just before they start being talked about. We hope it is an exhilarating ride.

In this week's programme...
Fixing Germany
Germany, once the powerhouse of Europe, is in trouble.
Unemployment is soaring, growth is stagnating and it's still trying to absorb the 17 million former East Germans into a reunited Germany. Now it's trying to change and the Government is pushing through wide-ranging economic reforms.
But will this be enough?
Peter Day visits businesses in the West and the East and discovers that a significant divide still remains thirteen years after reunification.
He finds that East Germans still feel very different and want different products and there are "made in East Germany" success stories.
