We try to make ear-grabbing programmes about the whole world of work, public and private, from vast corporations to modest volunteers.
In Business is all about change. New ways of work and new technologies are challenging most of the assumptions by which organisations have been run for the last 100 years. We try to report on ideas coming over the horizon, just before they start being talked about. We hope it is an exhilarating ride.

Going, going gone?
In this week's programme...
eBay Watch
Five years ago everyone had a plan for doing business on the Internet.
Most of those dot com companies faded into oblivion when the bust came but one seems to have found the key to success.
The auction site eBay has created a way to make money and to form a virtual community that has grown beyond expectations.
Along the way it has changed the way we think about auctions and is starting a trend that may extend into all kinds of aspects of our lives.
Peter Day investigates.

Douglas MaCallum Managing Director,
