TRAUMA FLASHBACK
The recent horror of the London bomb attacks has left many people with terrible memories of what they experienced and, unfortunately, some will continue to have flashbacks. Flashbacks are sudden and vivid sensory reminders of traumatic situations.

Dr , a psychologist at the MCR Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit, Cambridge and University of Cambridge, discusses her research that suggests that there might be a relatively simple way to reduce the frequency of these memories.

GIFTED CHILDREN
Special summer schools for gifted children are currently taking place around the country. Raj visits the summer school at Warwick University and talks to ProfessorÌýÌýof the National Academy for Gifted and Talented Youth, Cognitive Neuroscientist ProfessorÌýÌýand developmental psychologist ProfessorÌý about the emotional and educational needs of these children and the latest neurological and psychological research in this area.
