How to bring Kundalini yoga to everyday life

Maya Fiennes is a passionate advocate of yoga for everyone. She teaches a particular blend of yoga and meditation based on the Kundalini method which, she says, is suitable for everyone – young, old, fit and unfit. Kundalini combines exercise, chanting and breathing techniques. The positions themselves are relatively simple. It is the extended repetition that challenges and helps to build up stamina and release tension. As well as explaining the difference between Kundalini and other forms of yoga, Maya will also be demonstrating and talking us through a couple of the key moves.

"Yoga for Real Life" by Maya Fiennes is published by Atlantic Books - ISBN 9 781843 549376
