Does the eco lifestyle push women back into the home?

The prominent French feminist Elisabeth Badinter has caused a stir in France by claiming that the Green movement is undermining decades of improvements in gender equality. By vilifying conveniences such as disposable nappies, ready-made baby meals and cheap, packaged food they are promoting an ideal that can only be attained by a full-time stay-at-home parent - in most cases the woman. But is she right? What can the Green movement in this country offer the time-poor working woman? Jenni talks to Natalie Bennett, Chair of Green Party Women, and Julie Bindel, journalist and feminist campaigner.
