How do you a prepare a child for the loss of their mum or dad?
The Channel听4听television series the Mummy Diaries showed families dealing with the trauma of听having a mother diagnosed with incurable cancer. They had pre-bereavement counselling with Julie Stokes, from the charity Winston's Wish. But can you really听prepare a child for the loss of a parent? And what services are available to help?听Julie joins Jane, along with听Barbara Monroe from St Christopher鈥檚 Hospice in London听and Steve Curtis whose wife died during the making of the series.
