What happens to women claiming asylum after being trafficked into the UK for prostitution?
The UK is a major destination for trafficked听women听and the majority听end up being sexually exploited. 听A young woman brought to the UK from Nigeria who expected a new life, but instead was locked up and repeatedly raped for three months tells her story to听reporter Liz Wallace. And Jane discusses the findings of a new report听which shows that the complex needs of trafficked women who apply for asylum in the UK are still not being met. She is joined by Debora Singer听from Asylum Aid and听Margaret Moran MP who is on the Select Committee Inquiry into Human Trafficking.
