Sex education should be compulsory in all English and Welsh schools, according to a new report on the nations' sexual health. The recommendation from the Independent Advisory Group on Sexual Health and HIV, linked to the Department of Health, is aimed at taking the stigma away from sex by starting education early, and ending what's currently a patchy provision across the regions. But should schools be at the forefront of teaching children about relationships - or are parents better placed? And at what age do children need to learn? Simon Blake from the Brook Advisory Service and Eileen McCloy of Not With My Child join Jenni to discuss the issues.
