Sarah Forde's unique coaching project

Former sports journalist Sarah Forde founded ‘Moving the Goal Posts’ in 2001 in Kilifi, an impoverished part of Kenya. It'sÌýa charity that uses football to develop the essential life skillsÌý- confidence, leadership andÌýself esteem - of vulnerable young women. Sarah has been coaching a girls football team for eight years, and is planning to takeÌýthree of her players to the World Cup next year. She talks to Jane aboutÌýthe effectÌýthis project has had on the girls involved.
