Goose is once again becoming fashionable as the centrepiece of Christmas dinner. However, it听has听been a trying year to produce Geese. The summer flooding put the grass which geese听need to eat under water and听avian flu returned, increasing the tension for goose farmers. Reporter听Sarah Swadling has been to meet June Nicks who hatches and fattens geese near Exeter, to find out what sets them apart from other poultry.
