State of the World Population Report 2009
Earlier this month the Chief Rabbi, Lord Sacks of Aldgate, caused a storm when he said the birthrate in Europe was in decline because its secular population was " too selfish to have children ". Later today, the UN Population Fund publishes its State of the World Population Report 2009.
