Which type are you? Negotiator, Director, Builder or Explorer? These four basic personality types are the creation of American Anthropologist Dr Helen Fisher, and explored in her new book, 'Why Him? Why Her?' They are part of an attempt to understand who we are attracted to, and why. Each type is governed by one of the brain chemicals oestrogen, testosterone, serotonin and dopamine, and each chemical determines a whole approach to life. Helen joins Jenni and the psychologist Dr Glenn Wilson to discuss whether knowing your type can help you find and keep love.
