When Josie went to the doctor about her memory problem, her GP told her that she had had one birthday too many - he then called her family members and told them she had Alzheimer's.

According to a new report many people who develop dementia are not usually told what is wrong with them.
But is it right to keep patients in the dark about their condition?
On the eve of World Alzheimer's Day, we ask do people with dementia have a right to know the truth?
Jane Lingard, of the Mental Health Foundation, and Jo Hesketh, Director of Queen's Nursing Institute, join in the discussion.
