The extraordinary Pansy Chinerry lived to the age of 90, despite being involved in a particularly dangerous profession.
She was known as the human arrow, a popular Victorian circus act, who specialised in being shot from a giant crossbow.
Pansy charmed Victorian England with her acts of daring on the high trapeze. The Theatre Museum in London even has the leather strap she used, complete with her teeth marks.
Cathy Haill, from the Theatre Museum, tells Martha the truth about this forgotten Victorian.
