Women Composers the French singer Pauline Viardot was born in Paris in 1821 and feted through the nineteenth century for her operatic roles.
But she was also a composer - and Cecilia Bartoli has recently recorded a number of her songs.
Cecilia talks to Henrietta Otley about Pauline Viardot's work.
