Do men in developing countries get side-lined by well meaning projects designed to help women?

There's growing concern that men are rarely mentioned in gender policy documents and when they do appear they're generally seen as obstacles to women's development.
Dr Frances Cleaver is the senior lecturer at the Centre for International Development's Research Programme at the University of Bradford and Dr Jasmine Gideon is the research fellow at the Nuffield Institute for Health at Leeds University. They join Jenni to discuss whether "gender" still means "women in development?"
