14 year old Katie Hunter thinks that forcing girls to wear skirts at school is sexual discrimination.
She's been calling for a change in the rules at her school for the past two years. There's been a detailed consultation with pupils and parents and on Tuesday, the school governors will announce whether they're changing the rules or not.
Sheila asks Katie why she feels so strongly about this issue, and Julie Mellor from the EOC tells her why she's prepared to take schools to court on this issue.
