Ìý Viola Wills Thursday 22 August 2002 Ìý
Continuing the seventies theme, the singer Viola Wills worked in a snack bar at Los Angeles Airport until she was spotted by Barry White.

Soon after she was catapulted into the world of the disco diva, appearing on stage with George Benson, Smokey Robinson and The Crusaders.
Today she is back in Britain doing what she likes best, playing in clubs with just a piano and an admiring audience.
Viola joins Martha to talk about her career and no doubt will have a thing or two to say about the 70s afros.
