Zimbabwe Rape Wednesday 28 August 2002
As Zimbabwe's president Robert Mugabe tries to tighten his grip on power by announcing the formation of a "war cabinet", stories are emerging that his youth militia are using rape to terrorise their political opponents.

The Amani Trust, a human rights organisation based in Zimbabwe claims that 30% of black farm labourers have been subject to some kind of sexual abuse by Mugabe's troops.
Frances Lovemore of the Amani Trust joins Jenni to talk about the evidence she's collected of systematic abuse and torture.
