Paulette Francique was working as a Housing Officer for Nottingham City Council when she realised that more and more of the homeless youngsters coming to her for help were from Black and Asian backgrounds.
In response she setup Azuka, a local project which aims to provide these youngsters with culturally sensitive help. Two years later it has won an award for it's achievements.
