Choosing a career for the rest of your life is stressful enough for any teenager but for those with learning disabilities it can be a disheartening experience which puts strain on all the family.

Jenni speaks to Robina Mallett of the Home Farm Trust and asks her why young people aren't getting the support they need.
How much support do young people and parents receive? Please email us to tell us your thoughts.
