Demos Report on Children's Rights Friday 7 February 2003
How do we best promote children's rights?

A new report by Demos is suggesting that children of 14 should be allowed to vote and parents should be given an extra vote to cast on behalf of each child.
Other groups advocate a minister or commissioner for children as in Scotland and Wales.
Peter Clark, Children's Commissioner for Wales and Gina Hocking, who wrote the Demos report join Martha to discuss the implications.
