A wild promiscuous youth is the theme of an award winning film this week The Alcohol Years - based on the life of its director Carol Morley.

She was one of the winners of the Arts Foundation prize. This year for the first time all five categories have gone to women.
The Arts Foundation awards £10,000 in categories as diverse as circus and poetry. Amelia Noble won the prize for Graphic design, and Carol Morley join Martha to talk about the award.
Work by the artists shortlisted for all five Arts Foundation awards - circus, documentary-making, graphic design, poetry and textile design - is being exhibited in The Gallery at Pentagram Design, 11 Needham Road, London W11 2RP, Tel: 020 7229 3477 until 7 February.
