Legal action is being launched against the MoD after the discovery of crucial new evidence supporting allegations by more than 200 Masai women in Kenya that they were raped by British soldiers in the 1970's.
Martyn Day, the lawyer who is bringing these cases to court, insists that these cases were known by the army in 1983. Johnston Old Kaunga, Director of Impact, the Masai community group, has been gathering evidence to support the women's cases.
They both join Martha to discuss the case for compensation.
