Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD as it is more commonly known, is estimated to affect over 350 thousand children in England and Wales alone.
Up to a third of those children are girls but because previous research has focussed on boys, lack of knowledge leaves girls frequently undiagnosed.
We speak with Katrina Walsh, whose daughter has ADHD. Then both Swedish child psychiatrist Svenny Kopp and Dr Nikos Myttas of Finchley Memorial Hospital, join Jenni to discuss ADHD in girls.
