Kids and Sleep Wednesday 9 April 2003
It used to be that bedtime for children was after their favourite television programme at 7.30 or 8 o'clock but nowadays children have a myriad of distractions that keep them awake and they are going to bed increasingly late.

Are we rearing a generation of tired kids, or does it matter? Novelist Amanda Craig and Dr Jim Horne from the Loughborough Sleep Centre join Jenni to discuss.
