For the last 4,000 years, linen has been valued for its quality and purity. It has been used for life's most intimate moments, from swaddling new-born babies to wrapping the dead.
Juliet Pospielovsky of 大象传媒 Homes and Antiques magazine and Brenda Collins from the Irish Linen Centre in Lisburn, Northern Ireland join Razir Iqbal to look at why there has been a resurgence in linen and the social impact its manufacture has had on women's lives.
