A new Ofsted scheme will make it easier for parents to request information about childcare providers. But how transparent will this be?

After David Jack's eight-month old daughter had a serious accident at nursery, OFSTED refused to disclose details about its enquiry.
We hear first from Morris Smith of Ofsted, on what their protocols are when it comes to safety in nurseries.
