Mothers of the Disappeared protest
Patricia Walsh was 25 when her father, a prominent Argentinian writer, disappeared in 1977. For years, she lived virtually in hiding, afraid that she might meet a similar fate at the hands of Argentinian military dictatorship. Nearly 30 years on, she has been described as a new force in Argentinian politics.

Women's groups including The Mothers of the Disappeared, have brought about a sea change in Argentinian politics. A recent victory highlighted their work when the Argentinian Senate removed the right to immunity from prosecution from members of the former dictatorship.
Martha talks to guests about the 'Dirty War' and women in Argentinian politics.
