Image: nurse and premature baby
There are an increasing number of babies in this country who need neonatal care after birth, but there is a shortage of nurses with the specialised training needed to look after them.

Jenni is joined by Dee Beresford, Executive Officer at the Neonatal Nurses Association and Kate Billingham, Deputy Chief Nursing Office at the Department of Health to discuss why nurses are not choosing to work in this vital area and what is being done to encourage them into it.
