Woman's Hour visits听Essex's award winning mobile library...
Set up four years ago to serve the county's travelling population, Essex County Council's mobile library now attracts one hundred and fifty traveller children. This week it won the Libraries Change Lives Award.
Claudia Hammond went to Elizabethan Way Travellers Site in Harlow, one of the library's five regular sites, to find out why听eleven-year-old Jacqueline Smith is a regular visitor.
