How should we deal with them?
On Monday the Government announced its new five year plan to tackle crime. Since then there's been much talk of sweeping the streets clean of yobs and cracking down on young offenders. But what is the most effective way of dealing with bad behaviour by young people?
Martha discusses the issues with Juliet Lyon, Director of the Prison Reform Trust, Nadia Martin, a policy analyst from Civitas and Sarah Meyers, who grew up in an area with anti-social behaviour orders and now works with young people.
