Are we too afraid ofÌýit?

Most of us are horrified at the thought of a forceps delivery - and those of us who were yanked out at birth aren't too keen at the idea, either.

But a recent article in the British Medical Journal suggests that we may have become too sniffy about a procedure that may be preferable, in the case of a difficult delivery, to a caesarian.Ìý
