Madeleine Masson 29 December 2004
On the WWII secret agent, Christine Granville

Madeleine Masson is now 92. She was a resistance worker during the World War II, a journalist and she's the author of 37 books. She has just sold the film rights to her biography of the secret agent Christine Granville.

Christine was awarded the George medal, the O.B.E and the Croix de Guerre with Silver Star for her work during WWII. After the war Christine ended up as a stewardess on an ocean liner. She was murdered by a colleague who'd become obsessed with her.

Jenni asks Madeleine Masson what it was about Christine that made her so determined to tell the story.
