More than 30 years since the Equal Pay Act and the Sex Discrimination Act there is still a big differential between men's and women's wages.Ìý
Looking at mean hourly earnings the difference between men and women is 18% for fulltime workers and 40% for women working part-time.
So what would make equal pay happen? As part of our Winning Women's Votes campaign we ask four women:
