Sweet Potato Pudding

Ingredients

1 kilo of potatoes
250g of flour
250g of sugar
1 glass of milk
oil to fry in

Method

Peel the potatoes and wash them. Cut them in 1cm thick slices. Mix together the flour, sugar and milk.

Heat up the oil in a frying pan, dip the potatoes in the mixture and fry. When you take them out, dust them with sugar. This recipe was kindly provided by Sofia Man-see
