Dried Peas with Mint and CreamIngredients225g whole dried peas25g butter 1 large bunch of chives 2 sprigs of mint 陆 cup of cream Salt to taste MethodSoak the peas overnight in cold water. Drain and cover with water and simmer until they are soft. Drain the peas then put in a dish by the fire to keep warm. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the chopped chives for a minute. Add this to the cooked peas with the chopped mint and cream. Season to taste.
